A non-profit society dedicated to bringing together high IQ and creativity for the betterment of the world and fostering a community rich in intelligence and creativity.
The ISI-S based its formation on the characteristics that the Egyptian goddess Isis possessed and the significant influence she had on both Egyptian and Greco-Roman societies. Isis is a goddess from Egyptian mythology revered for her influence in various aspects of life. She was considered the goddess of motherhood, magic, nature, and protection. Regarded as a deity of superior intelligence and perseverance, Isis was often depicted as a woman with a throne or a sun disk adorning her head, symbolizing her role as a celestial deity. Her most notable story is linked to the myth of Osiris, her husband, who was murdered by his brother Set. Isis played a crucial role in gathering the fragments of Osiris’s body, using her magic and abilities to bring him back to life. This myth exemplifies Isis’s devotion to the preservation of life and her association with rebirth and fertility, making her one of the most revered deities of ancient Egypt.
Unfortunately, with the rise of the Islamic State, the name took on a negative connotation and changed from ISIS to ISI-S in order to distance itself from that association. This acronym was intended to maintain a similar name but did not have any concrete meaning.
As of September 2023, this association is under new leadership and has undergone restructuring. The name remained the same, but the acronym now holds a meaning that is closely related to the association while also preserving traces of its essence. All these traces can be found in the logo, presented in an enigmatic way and visible to the keenest eyes. Symbolism will be present in every image modification.
The purpose of this association also remains unchanged: the union of intelligence and creativity. Creativity, which is also a form of intelligence, is a mystery that neuroscience has been gradually unraveling, including the genes associated with it.
